The vehicle, as listed below, shall be offered for sale from October 10, 2023 until 5:00 PM (EST) on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, at which point the bidding shall be closed with any additional bids being void. All bids shall be submitted to: collections@atomiccu.com, stating your name, your contact information, and the amount of your offer for purchase of the vehicle. By submitting your bid, you understand, accept, and agree to all of the following as listed numerically below:
- If your bid is the successful bid, being an amount less than the “Buy It Now” purchase price, you agree to the purchase price as stated in your bid.
- You, as the purchaser, are responsible for all tax, title, and registration fees, as neither your bid or the “Buy It Now” price includes those costs for the sale of the vehicle.
- You, as the purchaser, shall deliver the funds to Atomic Credit Union to complete the purchase of the vehicle within 24 hours of receiving notification that you have submitted the winning bid.
- The vehicle is sold entirely AS IS, without any warranties attached to this sale or to the vehicle subject to the sale, express or implied.
