What Is Elder Abuse?

Elder abuse can take many forms but, financial abuse is  one of the most reported form of elder mistreatment, yet it remains vastly underreported.

Unfortunately, scammers and even trusted individuals may target older adults, manipulating them into giving away sensitive information or access to their accounts. This can lead to devastating consequences, not only financially, but emotionally as well.
